Mind you this would put me at the lowest I&#8217;ve weighed in over 10 years, so by no means an easy task.<\/p>\n<p>Results after first week? Down 4lbs. (I was actually down 5lbs. yesterday but officially on Sunday I was only down four).<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have any immediate before pictures (see the no camera post) but I will work on putting up some relatively recent pictures (or you can see if some are already in the gallery) and then starting this week I will at least try to grab a camera from somewhere to put up weekly progress.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So last Sunday I issued a challenge to myself. 10 weeks, 30lbs.
