Well, the tickets are bought, the rooms will soon be booked, my friend Mike and I are off to Japan on April 20th. We are leaving out of O’Hare International that morning and will be returning the next Wednesday (27th).
Should be very exciting. I know nothing about Japan though other than I enjoy many of the different things that cmoe from their culture, both traditional and contemperary.
And for a little interesting factoid.. We leave New Tokyo International Airport at 6:05pm on Wednesday April 27th, and arrive back at O’Hare International at 3:55pm on Wednesday April 27th. Needless to say I hope the jet lag doesn’t mess with us too much during our stay.

That will be some incredible jet lag. I thought London was bad, but that was a piece of cake, I think. We’ll miss you at the bowling tournament, but you know us well enough to know you will be well represented. And I think Dad is proud of where you will be. And we are too.
