So last Sunday I issued a challenge to myself. 10 weeks, 30lbs. Mind you this would put me at the lowest I’ve weighed in over 10 years, so by no means an easy task.

Results after first week? Down 4lbs. (I was actually down 5lbs. yesterday but officially on Sunday I was only down four).

I don’t have any immediate before pictures (see the no camera post) but I will work on putting up some relatively recent pictures (or you can see if some are already in the gallery) and then starting this week I will at least try to grab a camera from somewhere to put up weekly progress.
